Development and Leadership Institute
Development and Leadership Institute is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-partisan and non-discriminatory leadership grooming and development fostering organization based in Port Harcourt. The organization runs several institutional and donor funded initiatives. Due to internal restructuring, DLI requires the services of the following staff positions:
I. PROGRAM MANAGER (Leadership Development)
Qualification:
The successful candidate:
* Must have a degree in Development/Social Science/Social Works /Humanities/Arts.
* Must have at least ten years work experience, five of which must be in development related industries
* Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
* Must have experience working with school children, teaching experience an added advantage.
2. PROGRAM MANAGER (Enterprise Development and Governance)
Qualification:
The successful candidate:
* Must have a degree in Development/Social Science/Social Works/Humanities/Arts
* Must have at least ten years work experience, five of which must be in development related industries
* Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
* Must have experience working in governance related projects, a background in job creation and income generating activities an added advantage.
3. PROGRAM MANAGER (Leadership Development)
Qualifications:
* A degree in Social Sciences/Social Works/Education/Humanities/Arts
* At least five years work experience, three of which must be in the development sector
* Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
4. PROGRAM MANAGER (Enterprise Development and Governance)

* A degree in Social Sciences/Social Works/Education/Humanities/Arts
* At least five years work experience, three of which must be il1 the development sector
* Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
